Rebecca Usher-Client Services Manager

Wes Alston                Allison Kaylor                  Laura Eichholtz                  Ryan Williams

Rebecca began her career in Louisville, Kentucky as a payroll and accounts payable clerk with a privately held restaurant franchisee.  She soon worked her way up to the operations department of the company where she provided operational support to the Vice President of Operations.  Rebecca's duties included preparing and executing operational reports and working as a liaison between restaurant management and executive staff.

Following 8 years in that capacity, the principal partners of the company announced their intention to found a company with a new restaurant concept, Rally's Hamburgers, Inc.  The company proved to be highly successful and eventually was made public and listed on NASDAQ.  During this time, Rebecca proved herself to be an invaluable part of the team and was promoted to Executive Assistant to the CEO of the company.  In this role, she was responsible for all incoming and outgoing communication, supervising administrative staff and working directly with the Board of Directors.

In 1996 Rebecca decided to go in a new direction and joined AXA Advisors/Equitable, a financial services firm, where she successfully obtained numerous securities and insurance licenses.  She analyzed clients' financial and insurance portfolios with a plan of action to help achieve their financial goals.  Rebecca worked 7 years in the financial industry including 3 years as a district manager responsible for recruiting, training and supervising financial representatives.

Starting in October 2003, Rebecca used her sales and marketing experience by working primarily in the retail environment, both in direct sales as well as storefront.  The majority of her experience has been on the management team where she was responsible for using her communication skills to provide excellent service to customers and build and motivate sales teams.  Additionally, her responsibilities have included managing operations with a high attention to detail.

In May 2010, Rebecca joined Lone Star Retirement Services where she continues to combine her financial services background, operational and administrative experience with her love of providing service to people.
